
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Functional fitness meets circuit training at our in-studio, small group training classes. Our small group training is designed for results and camaraderie. During class you will receive expert coaching tailored to all fitness levels, with a focus on sustainable habits and holistic wellness.
Our Kinesiologist, Chris, will instruct 45min sessions; check our socials for current schedule. We have limited, monthly memberships available for small group training. Join our waitlist if memberships are full!
Aside from in-studio, we also offer virtual training sessions. Whether you have a full home gym or minimal equipment, we can work together virtually to create a plan that will help you meet your fitness goals. Contact us for more information.
